“I stopped growing a year or two ago and my recent growth has been very rapid – 0.25 to 0.5 cm every week. I’ve grown a total of 2.5 inches in the legs within 5 months. Whether it’s a growth spurt or not, there is a very REAL connection between my INTENSE routine and recent growth. Read my story very carefully and then draw your conclusion.” – Vulcrum |

almost TWO inches in ONLY four month! Hi, Sky. I have developed a routine that enabled me to grow almost two solid inches in just four month! I have stopped growing for about three years and now I'm growing again at a speed I never thought to be possible. This routine is developed based on the most successful growing method, aka limb lengthening surgery. The idea behind limb lengthening surgery is to lengthen limb by cutting it open and then stretching the bones by using a steel rod. The bone will heal and become longer in length. The same idea is applied behind my. Here's my routine:
1. Run at top speed on the concrete street for about 20-30 min. This may be difficult at first because it is hard to keep at top speed for that long period of time. But it's important that you run at top speed because it will release a huge amount of GH. If you don't believe me, ask any doctor or look it up. Only intense exercise can release the amount of GH necessary for this routine to be a success.
2. After the run, you will most likely be extremely tired and your legs will feel like it's going to fall off. In some cases, your leg bone will be in pain. That's okay. If you feel that way then you have succeeded. The long painful run on the concrete street have successfully made countless microfractures in your upper and lower leg. You should now go home as fast as you can and lie down with ankle weights. Make sure the ankle weight is heavy enough to pull open the microfractures in your leg and lengthen your limb. I use ten pounds on each leg.
3. Now fall asleep with the weight for about 10-14 hours. The run should tire you out enough for you to sleep this long. If not, then you have not been running hard enough. The sleep should be deep and continuous.
4. After you wake up, sit with the ankle weight for another 6-8 hours and then get up and start drinking milk or whatever you do to intake calcium. Then go and sit with ankle weight for a few more hours. If the microfractures you made are big enough and the weight is heavy enough, you should be able to lengthen your limb pretty quickly. The result was fabulous for me.
Like I said, this routine is based on the limb lengthening surgery. You fracture your leg, stretch out your bones, and when they heal, they will be longer. It may be okay to let your leg heal for 20 hours before doing another one, but everyone is different. Overdoing the running can be harmful. Also, if the bone is not given enough time to heal, it will compress back down, which hurts, trust me. It worked for me and I hope it will work for your guys too. Good luck in growing tall. I want to warn you that this method only grows your leg. The two permanent inches were all in the leg. If you over do this routine, you may end up with giant legs and a small body. =================
1) would you please send us any 2 to 3 pictures of
yourself and your legs? (Every month we receive similar success stories such
as yours.. and there's no way to tell which is more credible than others
because none of them provided any proof or pictures). Ans: I did not take before and after pictures during the five month of my training. But I'll take some right now and take some after I grow taller again. Then I'll send it to you guys and see what you think. I really want to help you guys because I think you are dead serious about growing taller. I will literally die to be taller and I really hope you guys feel the same way.
2) how much did you grow actually grow (please be
specific)? is it 4.5 cm or 3.8 inches? or 3.75 inches? how tall were you? how
tall are you now? (please be specific) Ans: Well, I was measured in school right before I began the experiment and I was exactly 157cm tall. I think that's a little less than 5' 2". Now I'm a little taller than 5' 4" in the morning and a little shorter than 5' 4" at night. Since I started off a little shorter than 5' 2" and now I'm around 5' 4" I'd say I've grown about 2 inches in the past five month.
3) when did you notice the first inch gain? in 2 months? Ans: After a month of the training my mom measured me and she was shocked. I was about one solid cm taller than what I was before. This was unbelievable because the doctor examined my bones and said that I'll never grow again. She measured me again and again and I kept on getting taller fairly consistently. About two month into the training, almost all my friends said that I got noticeably taller. I did the training for two month, took a month off to heal my bones by drinking milk and taking as much calcium as possible, and now I'm back in the program.
4) where did most of the growth occur? did the growth
occur mostly in the shin bone (lower leg)? or did the growth occur in the
cartilage right beneath the kneecap? any growth in the thigh bone ( I believe
most of Ans: I know for a fact that the two inches I grew was all in my legs. I had my legs measured right before an acting audition, which was around the time the experiment began, and it was 29 inches long. I measured it again a few days ago and now my legs are 31.75 inches long. I think most of the growing occurred in the lower leg because it looks longer and thinner than before, but that could've been caused by losing a lot of fat during the exersize. I'm not sure if it's under the kneecap or in the shinbone. I'll start measuring it and I'll let you know.
5) what are the side effects? in other words, did you feel
any unusual pain while sleeping at nights? any swelling, redness, tenderness,
and where? There are three side affects. One of them is that I'm so tired from the training that I often doze off in class. I would start drifting whenever there's a long period of silence or if there's nothing to keep me awake. When I get home, I would sometimes fall asleep for hours without even noticing. Bottom line is, I'm always tired. The second side affect is that I'm always so hungry. I would eat a fairly good sized meal five or six time a day: a large breakfast, a sandwich during snack, a good meal during lunch, a large dinner right after school, a second dinner with my family after running, and a few mugs of milk right before bed. I noticed that I am able to digest milk much better after the exercises because I can consume a large amount of it (about 1/3 - 1/2 gallon) without any side affect that we are all too familiar with. The third side affect is that my leg bones are always sore and feels weak. I would start hurting if I jump or do any intense exercises. If that happens, I would go home and sleep with ankle weight for about 10-14 hours and it will feel much better.
6) how old are you? My status: 15 years old, Asian, male, straight.
7) where did you learn about sitting w/ ankle weights? from easyheight.com?
Actually, I’ve been doing it long before I discovered your website. I based my program entirely on the limb lengthening process, which my doctor said may be the only way to get me to grow. When I first started, I strapped dumb bells on my legs using tape and cloth. Then I paid a little visit to a sport store and started using 10 pound ankle weights. I should've visited your site before purchasing ankle weights because my pair cost around $60 total, $30 each leg.
A little side note: I believe that this will work for anyone because my doctor said that my growing was done and yet I proved him wrong. I think this may be worth trying for you guys. I believe that growing leg is a lot faster than growing spin because I've tried inversion and hanging long before I visited your website and the progress was minor. Each day when I run, the only thing that keeps me going is the image of a young white girl in my english class. With each step I take, I would say her name out loud. I don't give a shit what others think of me. All I care about it getting taller, because I know that the only way that girl will ever be with me is if I get taller, and that's exactly what I'm going to do. Time gets touch sometimes. Once I ran so hard blood came out of my throat. I would be so tired that I would often fall on the side walk and hit my bloody knees on the ground again for about the hundred's time. But I remember that one special girl and I would get up and start running again. And again. And again. I ran in all kinds of weather. I would run in the rain when it's below 60 degrees outside. I got sick, in fact, I'm still sick. But in the end, I know that things are going to be all right. All the pain and hell I go through each day is well worth it because I grew so much that my friends, family, and my jack ass doctor are all very impressed. I converted to Christian and prayed God for strength. I believe that you guys are truly motivated like me and I believe that you are all going to grow taller. I hope my routine will help some of you achieve your goal. The key for my routine is to never give up, never quit, and NEVER stop at anything. You have to blindly commit to this routine with all your heart and success will follow. =================
MONTH ONE: week one: I ran three miles a day without stopping in less than 26 minutes. I was a short, slow, and I wasn't the most athletic person in my class. On top of that I had really short legs so it was pretty hard to for me to run this fast. I didn't grow at all so I got angry and tried harder.
week two (aka The Hell): I ran around four miles a day in around half an hour. The training was really killing me. My grade dropped from all A's to 4 A's and 2 B's. I didn't do most of my homework and I didn't really care about school. All I wanted to do was eat and sleep. It was like hell to push myself to run everyday. Once I ran so hard I felt blood come up to my throat. I'm not even joking about this. I came home and started spitting in the bathroom. My spit was red and it scared me. But I just kept on going and going.
week three: three weeks of torture and still no progress was a big disappointment. I knew I was doing something wrong and I had better change it fast. I went on the internet, read some books, talked to a few doctors, and basically did a little research. I found out that the best way to increase your hormone level is to do short and intense exersize rather than long ones. I also found out that if you don't stretch out the microfractures you made, the bone will get thicker but not longer.
MONTH TWO week one: Actually it was probably the first weeks of month two that I've notice growth. It was around the end of the first month and the beginning of the second month when miracle began happening. I went to church, prayed God, and changed my routine to fast and intense exercises followed by a method of stretching out microfractures. I used to tape dumb bells to my leg which was effective but extremely uncomfortable. I would run for about five to seven minutes at my maximum sprinting pace, rest for about ten to fifteen minutes (I was so tired I was going to pass out, seriously) and run for another five minutes. The speed and intensity of the run is far more important than the amount of time you spend running, as I have learned the hard way. According to doctors and experts, the intensity of my training had enable me to produce about 400% more growth hormone than normal jogging would have offered. I believe the reason most people fail to grow with running is because they don't do it hard enough. After the run I would go home, drink milk, stretch, sleep with weights taped on my leg, and the combination of 400% GH from exersize, microfractures that's stretched out by weight, deep quality sleep from being tired out, and the amount of calcium I can absorb because of the exersize had enable me to grow one solid cm by the end of the week.
week two: Now that I know how to grow taller I kept on running each night at a faster and faster pace for a shorter amount of time. I will run at super speed for about 30 seconds, walk for a minute or two, and then run again at super speed. I was surprised that I can keep up with the cars driving on the local street. Even though I can only keep up with them for about half a minute, it was still a good indication that I was running at a pretty good pace. I began enjoying this training. I was addicted to the rush of hormone that followed each run. I grew another .75 cm by the end of the week. Since I always measure myself at night, I know the height I gained is solid.
week three: Picked up a pair of ankle weight after visiting a sport store.
MONTH THREE: week one: My legs are beginning to hurt. First the muscles, then the bones. I would often pull a few muscles each night and it really hurts. My friends are beginning to notice my new height. I lied to them and said that it must've been a late growth spurt because I know they are too dumb to understand what's really happening. The compliments keep me going. I was more than three inches shorter than my dad and now I am only about an inch or so shorter. I grew about 1 1/4 inches. in these three month and I was on fire.
week two: Muscle pain got better but the bone pain got worse. It hurts to walk and I can seriously feel the microfractures in my leg from all that hard concrete pounding. I decided to ignore the pain. Big mistake. When I measured this weekend I shrank a little. I did a little research and decided that the newly formed bone must be compressing from the running. I decided to listen to my body and take time to heal the microfractures before continuing the routine.
week three: Switched from high intensity running to swimming. Swimming helps me further increase the production of GH while stretching and healing my bones.
MONTH FOUR: Resting and healing the microfractures has given me close two permanent inches. I know it’s permanent because I always measure at night when I'm the shortest.
MONTH FIVE (which is now) May 8th, 2006 I stopped swimming and now I'm back into running, fracturing my bones, and healing my bone. My leg bones are now a lot thicker and longer. I moved from a size 12 regular pant to a size 14 regular pant and from 8 to an 8.5 pair of shoes. I now stand about the same height as my father, which is pretty incredible because only a few months ago I was considerably shorter than him.
Well, that's my story. If I keep going at this speed, I should get to 5' 7" by the end of the year, no problem. The year after that I'll be like 5' 11". The point is to keep the progress consistent. One thing I learned is that you should learn to listen to your heart and your body. If your heart tells you to do what ever it takes to make a truly special girl really happy, then you should listen to it and die for her. If your body tells you that you should take a few weeks to heal your microfractures, you should do it. To answer your question, the height seems very proportional so far. But I'll get you some pictures soon and you be the judge. ===================
1. Since the growth plates in your legs are closed, you must make some kind of fracture in your leg or there's just no way you'll grow. The intensity and speed of your running may be lacking a bit. It may not be microfracturing your bone at all. My friend measured my speed once on the track. The speed I run is usually around a 4 1/2 or 5 minute mile. I keep that speed for about 30 - 50 second. For warm up, I run for five minutes or so at a 6 - 7 minute mile pace. I never do a cool down because my bone hurts too much to run after the high speed sprinting. Bottom line, you should run faster and harder to see results.
2. You should sleep with ankle weight because about 95% of growth and healing occurs during sleep. If you sit with ankle weight, the moment you stand up and walk to your bed, the bone will compress again because it is not fully heal. You want the bones to heal while its stretched out as far as it can go to enable maximum growth.
3. You guys jog for way too long. You are making the same mistake I was making. Long exersize is not so great for growing and GH secretion. The best way is probably a short 20 min workout each day. But it's important you give it everything, and I mean everything, during the 20 min you work.
Also, I would like to do any shin bone or leg experiments for you guys if I think it will be beneficial for growth. I will keep you undated with pictures if I notice any serious growth. I'm going to help and work with you guys for free if you are willing to let me in your team. I don't give a damn about money. All I want to do is grow taller. You know I'm serious about this. I've gone too far to fail. I'm so freaking sick and tired of being short. So freaking tired of not being with that girl I was talking about. And most of all, I'm so freaking tired of seeing people like you and me suffer, not because we are bad people, but because we are short. I don't believe that God made us to suffer and I really believe that there a really good, effective, and easy way to grow taller out there and I'm going to help you guys find out what that is. So please let me in your team. ==================== ============================ 1. I'm confused.. since you were so successful with the sleeping ankle wt. method, why didn't you include in your routine? Ans: I'm still using it, in fact, I'll always use it no matter what routine I'm doing. I just didn't mention it because I thought it is obvious. I thought you already knew that I'm using ankle weight.
2. What are u trying to grow w/ Ans: Leg. Leg. Leg. I believe this may be the best way to grow leg because so many of my friends tried it and they had great success even though they only did it on and off. I think that with my kind of commitment and hard work, miracles are going to start happening. Another thing I forgot to mention is that I bike to school everyday with the seat elevated and when I go to see my friend or go anywhere, its always with a bike because that's how I get around. Sorry, I assume too much.
3. Lastly, I’m more confused by the fact that your new routine is so different from your previous routine (which grew SUCCESSFULLY grew almost 2 inches taller by sprinting/running & sleeping' w/ wt.)... What's going on with the change of heart? Don't you believe in your routine anymore? Ans: Actually, this new routine is not so different as you may think. I used to do sprinting once a day plus ankle weight. Now, I added a few more height promoting exercises to squeeze out even more hormone and cause more microfractures. Here's the big idea behind each exersize:
running: great for GHZ and okay for microfracture jumping and jump roping: okay for GH and fabulous for shin splints and microfractures kicking: this is important because with so many new microfractures from jumping, I need a method to REALLY stretch the gaps out before I heal them and a few thousand kicks before bed seems like a good answer stretching: serves the same purpose as kicking, stretch out the microfractures, the bone, and basically take some stress away from the bone before the healing process began biking: great for GH and stretching the leg. I think I mentioned that already.
Bascially, it's the old routine with a few new, okay, a lot more, exercises added on the list. I did some research and a variety of exercises is more effective than just one. Plus, some of my friends grew TREMENDOUSLY with either daily sprinting, jumping, and stretching. You guys suggested that biking and kicking also helps. So if I put everything together, well, I hope that should yield to some result. My friends were able to gain 2 - 6 inches with sprinting, jumping, or stretching alone – probably their growth spurts. You guys said that an inch or two may be possible with elevated biking and kicking. If you mix all that up you should start seeing some real results real fast. Also, don't forget that I have a few secret tricks up my sleeve such as ankle weight sleeping, a specially formulated diet, hardwork, and commitment. Keep in mind that none of my friends that gained 2 -6 inches a years work all that hard, expect for those two individuals I was telling you about. They grew about 8 -10 inches taller than what they would've naturally been by committing to a routine similar to mine, except their routine was a lot weaker. Both of them had a maximum height of around 5' 5" and yet both of them got way past 6 feet by hard work that even amazes me sometimes. Bottom line is, after years of researching on getting taller and learning how to break the limits of mother nature, I am now convince that this may well be the best way to do it. Let me know what you think. I am currently a little over 5' 4" because I grew about another cm during spring break. I was expecting to get to 5' 7" by the end of the year with my old routine, but with my new routine, which combines the 5 really good way to tall into one master routine, I am expecting to get somewhere around 5' 8" or 5' 9". At the speed I'm going right now, I don't see a problem with achieving that goal. I'll keep you up to date with my growth progress.
By the way, after thinking and rethinking about why you failed to grow with your Million Dollar Shin Routine or biking or inversion or the other routine that didn't work for you, I came to a conclusion that you might be failing because you never fully trust in the. You have to pick a few exercises that has been successful with other people and stick to it no matter what. I sacrificed a lot to keep up with my routine in the first month and yet nothing happened. I was really jacked up by the end of the month because my grade dropped, I lost tons of friends, I was always tired, and people thought I was that way because I do drugs. I didn't give a shit about what others think and I didn't up with the routine just because it didn't work for a month. I would learn from my mistakes and do better. I never really abandoned the running routine. I am just building up on it. ------------------- Ans: I could swear to you that freaking
doctor TRIED to sell me that stuff. He was trying to get me to have GH
injection. You know... I never bought anything from him. question:
Am I correct on this?.. is there anything else that you'd like to add on
to prove that your gain was not some sort of growth spurt? Ans: You know, I have nothing to add except a few updates of
pictures in the future. When I am done with this project I might travel to
your state and visit you and your friends for a week as a proof.
You guys will see how small my parents are and how I overcomed nature. ------------------- I
guess you could say that. 2)
the doctors told u that you stopped growing already.. when did u stop
growing? I
went there when I was 13 and he told me. Let me tell you about that doctor...
he's a mother freaking jackass and a big time LAIR. Normal human growth plate
closes around 18 for girl and 21 for guys. He lied just to sell me growth
hormone. That ugly guy... I really hate him. 3)
what're your parents' height? 5'2"
5'5" 4)
About your friends @ school who grew taller, do they have an open mind like
you? in other words, will they help to contribute their ideas & tips via
email with easyheight.com? They
are mostly already done with growing. They stopped because they got to be a
pretty normal height afterward like 5' 8" to 6' 3". Most of them
did this during middle school. Now they are back into video games and junk
food. The only reason I'm a part of your team right now is because I'm still
pretty short. Corrections... I'm the second shortest guy. That's why I'm even
serious about this. 5)
what grade are you in begining this september '06? 10 6) u
live in XXXX (edited), CA (USA)
right? yeah ps.
let me know how it's going for you guys. I spent so much time talking to you
and writing to you instead of other grow tall sites because I believe you are
the craziest and most dedicated by far. I really hope that you guys are
serious about this because I would really hate to waste my time and energy
for a bunch of jokers. Please promise me that you are not going to let me
down. Thanks. ------------------------------------- PS- Please
use the name “Vulcrum” on your web instead of XXXXX because
that's what my most trusted friends call me. XXXXX is the name of a weak and
short person. “Vulcrum” is what I am aiming to become.
------------------------------- I
think that the people in our school are currently growing so fast because we
are of 13-16 years of age and natrually it is time for us to get our growth
spurt. With an additonal exersize, diet, and a good sleeping habit, it seems
that people in my school is able to grow about 6-8 inches a year rather than
the normal 4 inches you get during your growth spurts. Some of the older
kids, 16-18, grows because human growth plate doesn't close until around
21 if you are a male. So with a lot of hard work, good nutrient, and plenty
of sleep, we are able to grow a little faster and more than what is normally
expected at that age. As for you... your growth plates are most likely closed
so you might not get the same result as us by doing the same amount of
exersize. Therefore, there's really no way you can length your bone unless you
have some sort of extremely TINY fracture, cut, or opening in your bone.
You can get really serious shin splints or fractures from jumping, sprinting,
kicking, or whatever exersize that can do the the job and have it stretched
out with 10-20 pound weights and when it heals it will be about .5 to 1 mm
longer each night... if you are lucky. To grow will be really hard for you
and you have to be really freaking hardcore about it if you want to see any
real results. Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm not entire sure if your
inversing and ankle weight exersize do much to help growth. If you
ever eat chicken leg, you'll notice that the bone is extremely hard. If you
strap 60 pounds of weight on a chichen leg bone it wouldn't do much. In fact,
I don't think it will do anything at all because bones are very strong since
they are built to support weight and handle pressure. Your leg
bone, thigh bone, and spin are a lot thicker and denser then chichen leg
bone. Therefore, even if you strap 100 pounds of ankle weight on each leg, it
would still be completely useless. However, let say if we take the same chichen leg
bone and we beat it on the concrete street for about one hour (very intense
and hardcore) and then strap it with the same 60 pound ankle weight, we will
see that the fracture will start to pull apart causing an opening in the
bone. The opening will heal over night and tomorrow the chichen leg will be
about .5 to 1 mm longer. I know what it like to have your
fractured bone pulled apart by weight, and trust me, it hurts a lot more than
you can imagine. The running hurts, the sleeping hurts, and you will be so
tired from my routine that ever waking moment is basically hell. Growing tall
is pretty intense. But if you ask me, I'd say every minute of suffering is
well worth it. Cause in about a year, you might be taller than you ever hoped
to be and everyone around you will be shocked. They will think of you as a
freak and a possible mutant. If you are luck, you will live through this
routine and when you are done you will become a different man, literally. You
will have evolved both phisically and mentally. Fighting against nature is
not an easy task because it is full of danger and pain and hell. But it is a
necessary task because it is the only way you end the slavery and break the
boundary between the tall and the short. It's your choice Sky. You are currently 24 y/o and
if you pass 30 it will be a little tough to grow (but VERY possible) because
your regeneration speed and hormone level will decrease. You got 5 years
to make it to your dream height, only one chance to succeed. If
you want to grow then I advise you have to act now or you'll miss your
chance. |
