What we’re currently doing – We’re still working on the shin
bone routine. There isn’t
much proof or evidence yet because the growth is very slow. However, if it takes 6 months to gain
1 centimeter in the shin bone, then we’re willing to do everything we
can to continue; so to document & provide proof & pictures that
anyone 18 to 50 yrs of age may possibly grow a few centimeters from the shin
bone. Remember, time is NOT a
factor.
Although it’s very tempting to exaggerate things & sound all hyped,
we’re very patient in what we do and are becoming more realistic &
creative in every approach dealing with growth results & bone remodeling
research.
Also, as long as Sky (ex-Internet
marketing entrepreneur) continues to finance money & resources (such
as magnetic therapy devices, ankle weights, chin-up bar, adult vibrators, Pubmed database printed articles & journals, Japanese
height increase devices, ancient Chinese therapy journals) to the bone remodeling research & developments, EasyHeight Support Team
will keep on going. To learn more about Sky’s project in the past, click here! for details.
In conclusion, if at anytime we feel that we are unable to help short people
with our shin bone routine, then we will boldly tell them to stop doing
it. Subsequently, we’ll
find different solutions and immediately tackle on the backbone &
thighbone research projects (currently under development).
Frequently e-mailed questions:
1) What’s sky been doing?
- Since September 20, 2004, Sky’s been sitting with 40 lb weights each
leg (using four 10-lb iron plates).
Recently, he’s increased the duration and is sitting with
weights 4 hours everyday (mon. to fri.), and 5 to 6 hours (sat.
& sun.). His goal is to
activate Acceleration Phase (hoping to gain 1 cm) because he has not gained
any centimeter after 3 months doing the shin bone routine. Furthermore, Sky’s still optimistic
about the shin bone growth because he sometimes feels the sensations under
his knees. As a result, he
determines to continue doing the shin bone routine for another 3 months
(until January 4, 2005). Besides, since Sky's busy with school, he mostly sits with heavy weights because he can sit or lie down & study his exam lecture notes at the same time. Therefore, he rarely does the kicking with weights exercise. After doing the shin bone routine for more than 3 months, Sky says that his knees are fine; however, there are sometimes mild pain-like sensations (which rarely occur) under his knees. Knowing that sitting with weights may create microfractures (tiny gaps measured at 0.000001 centimeter) under the knees, he understands that he's "damaging" (stretching out) the bony area with tiny fractures & gaps which constantly occur & supposedly heal & lengthen with time due to the repetitive pulling forces of iron plates & the earth's gravitational force.
2) What’s Juan been doing?
- After gaining about 3 cm in the shin bone over the 3 to 4 month span, Juan
believes that he’s reached his maximum height. He’s stopped doing the shin bone
routine for close to 2 months now, and it seems that his gained height is
permanent because he’s not lost any centimeter. Lastly, he frequently keeps in contact
with Sky and is waiting for the right time to start the backbone routine
(currently in development).
3) I heard that Juan has been doing
inversion stretching for a short period of time before he realizes that the
shin bone routine is the way to go.
So, did he gain that 3 cm in his legs or his spine?
- Juan started the shin bone routine since March 27, 2004. Three months and a half later, he
gained 3 cm in his shin bone (most of his growth occurred right below his
knees). Also, in his first 40
days of training, Juan has been doing inversion stretching (with gravity
boots) for 20 minutes everyday, sitting with weights for 1 hr 30 min to 2
hours everyday, and doing kicks 15 minutes to 30 minutes everyday. So, there isn’t any proof that
his spine has increased. After
his 40 days of training (he has not gained any height), he stopped doing
inversion stretching and only focused on sitting & kicking with ankle weights. As a result, Juan’s 3 cm increase
in height comes from the area under his knees.
4) I don’t understand this. Am I an idiot or what.. because this doesn’t
make any sense. Juan gained 3 cm
in about 3 months & a half… and Sky has not gained any cm after
doing the routine for more than 3 months. What’s going on?
– We don’t even know what’s happening. Although it seems odd that one may
achieve better result than the other, we believe that the only way to learn
more about this strange phenomenon is to experiment it.
Additionally, there are some factors that may affect the effectiveness &
growth in the shin bone which gives different results to different
individuals... such as:
- thickness & bulkiness of the bony area under the knee
- flexibility & sensitivity of the knee cartilage
- intensity of the sitting with weights exercise (by increasing more weights)
- duration of the sitting with weights exercise (by increasing the time)
- intensity of the kicking with weights exercise
Whatever happens, doing the shin bone routine for only 3 months is not good
enough to draw out conclusions.
Therefore, Sky & others are determined to continue with the
routine for 6 months straight.

“after pictures” of his legs, click here!
5) How are the
other before/after recruiting members doing?
- There are about 12 before/after members who have been doing the shin bone
routine for about 2 to 3 months.
Also, there are about 7 new members who recently start the routine. Thus far, we’ve received 2
success stories. One person
claims that he’s gained 1 cm after the shin bone routine for more than
2 months. He promises to continue
on and gets back to us about his progress a few months later.
Additionally, another person claims that he’s gained 2 inches from
doing our routine for about 4 to 5 months. He mentions that he’s been
applying vibrators (like those adult toy penis-size or massage vibrators) so
to stimulate growth hormones.
Although his story seems encouraging, we’re doubtful about his
result because it’s almost impossible to gain 2 inches in less than 6
months. As reality begins to
strike, it’s taking longer to see noticeable growth.
6) I think some before/after recruiting
members are pretty discouraged after doing the shin bone routine for 3 months
straight and have not gained any centimeter.. what’s your advice for them?
– We believe that the shin bone routine works because for the past few
years, there are success stories from people who have increased the height of
their legs from kicking, biking, & sitting with weights. To those few members who already lost
faith and quit doing our routine, stay tuned for updates as we’re
trying to make things better.
7) When will the Backbone & Thighbone
Routine be available to before/after members?
- Due to slow results from the
shin bone routine, the backbone & thighbone million dollar routine (which
are currently under development) are put on hold and won’t be available
anytime soon. Stay tuned for
updates.
8) Who are Toan,
Stephen, Sacko, Evaristo,
and Dai?
- These guys are new members of our EasyHeight
Support Team. They take care of
website update, e-mail support, html upload, etc. Toan
(Vietnamese) is a college student who often drinks at Sky’s house. Sacko (black
dude) is working for a restaurant (@ 17th & JFK in philly) and is going out to nightclubs with Sky every
Friday night. Evaristo
(Filipino) is a Temple
pharmacy graduate student who is helping Jonny
(Philly “princess”) & Sky promoting Asian Generation
Entertainment shows. Dai
(Vietnamese) is currently working for a pharmaceutical company in Northeast
Philly. To have a quick look at
