How to sit with ankle weights(revised)

Edited by:  Sky

After doing the shin bone routine for more than 2 months, some before/after members have seen very slow growth in their knee cartilage.  Some have not gained any centimeter.  Whereas others begin to see a shaping transformation of the bony/cartilage area below their knees.  As updated in the Advanced Formula*, you must work hard and increase more weights during Month 1 to Month 3 so to activate your acceleration phase.

Like we have said before, it’s becoming clearer that there is possibly a soft bony or cartilage area below your knee that seems to remodel & lengthen.  As a result, we want to revise the “how to sit ankle weights” exercise, and it’s important that when sitting with weights, your knees should NOT rest on the bed or platform.  You MUST allow your knees to dangle completely in the air so that the weights & gravity will constantly pull & lengthen your knee cartilage.

Wrong method:  You should NOT lean or rest your knees on the bed.  Your goal is to lengthen the knee cartilage (not the shin bone because it may take years to see any growth in the shin bone)

Correct method:  Note that my knees are completely dangling in the air.  You can sit or lie down as long as your knees are off the surface of the bed and are hanging.

Be VERY patient.. and continue doing the Advanced Formula*

~ stay tuned for updates!
