Shin bone growth results
from July 4, 2004 to August 17, 2004

Written by: Ryan Nguyen

After 6 weeks doing the shin bone routine.. no growth, yet!

This is definitely not good news.. but we pretty much expected it. According to Juan, he said that he did not see noticeable growth until his 6th or 7th week doing the shin bone routine.

I have to admit that the statistics that I drawn out about the Threshold phase & Acceleration Phase are not so accurate. Until now, it seems as if your Threshold Phase may get activated as late as the end of Month 3 (I’m assuming).

As more evidence begins to emerge, it’s making more sense that your shin bone is UNLIKELY to lengthen.. only the cartilage under your knee will grow and lengthen due to the pulling & stretching force such as kicking, biking, sitting, or sleeping with ankle weights; thus, this will give you an extra 1 to 2 inches increased in the legs. You may grow more; however, everyone is different.

I know that some of you are probably frustrated and a little discouraged about your results. Some may continue doing the routine for another month or two; while others think about quitting the routine. However, let me give you a few good reasons why you should continue doing the shin bone routine:

Reason #1: It is a FACT that there is cartilage under your knee and cartilage will grow and lengthen due to the pulling & stretching force of ankle weights.

Reason #2: Limb lengthening patients endure almost 2 years of enormous pain just so they could gain a few inches in the legs. So, think about it.. you’re only 6 weeks deep into the shin bone routine (compared to those patients who vigorously endure 24 months of healing). In short, you haven’t scratched the surface yet, so why quit?

Reason #3: The growth process is extremely slow because it takes time for cartilage to stretch & grow. However, according to Juan, noticeable growth is best seen in Month 3. Therefore, it's likely that an average person may grow their first inch in the next 3 to 5 months. Also, Juan mentioned that the growth process may NOT be consistent. For example, you may gain 1 cm by the end of Month 3, then the growth process seems to decline or increase a little because everyone has a different body structure.. you may not see any growth for 2 weeks after growing your first centimeter, but then the growth begins to increase a little over a month span.. Finally, on rare occasion, some people may see growth as early Month 3 or as late as Month 4.. whatever the case may be, your results will depend upon your hard work & consistency.

Reason #4: After 1 month doing the shin bone routine, you should increase the intensity of the exercise to match the resistance. For example, try to sit with ankle weights 3 to 4 hours WHENEVER you have the chance. Moreover, increase the time of kicking & biking with weights if you have free time.

Reason #5: Ask yourself these questions: Am I physically & mentally ready for the shin bone routine? Am I desperate and dying to gain an inch or two?

If your answer is “YES”, then you should continue doing the shin bone routine. In another month or two, everything may just be paid off and the rewards are very rewarding!

On the other hand, someone may think about quitting the shin bone routine.. well, it’s obvious that this person is NOT physically & mentally ready for this. Also, growing taller does not seem that big of a deal to him/her because he/she is not that desperate to grow taller.. if so, I have a question for them, “Why did you visit our website in the first place?”. Remember, EasyHeight.com is ONLY dedicated to those few SERIOUS individuals who wish to grow taller!

Sincerely,

Question & Answer

1) Did any Before/After Recruiting member gain any height?
- After a month and a half doing the shin bone routine, a few begin to see some noticeable growth but they are not sure if it’s the growth or they’re just too excited to measure every 5 days.

However, most Recruiting members have NOT seen any noticeable results. Many have reported that they sometimes feel the tingling sensations under the knees as if the cartilage is telling them that it’s growing. It’s likely that everyone has different body structures, plus when & how they do the shin bone routine can also affect the growth results. Therefore, it may take at least 2 to 3 months to really tell if noticeable growth is real or not.

2) Did Ryan (sky) grow from the shin bone routine?

- After 6 weeks doing the shin bone routine (since July 4), Ryan has NOT gained any centimeter; however, he sometimes feels the sensation under his knees. It’s probably a good sign because he will continue doing the shin bone routine for another 2 months and will report back his results.

3) What is Juan presently doing?

- After gaining more than 3 cm from the shin bone routine, as of now, he’s still vigorously doing the routine.

4) How are the backbone & thigh bone routine going?
- EasyHeight Support Team is still experimenting these 2 routines.. however, in the next month or two, we’ll be waiting for the results from Before/After Recruiting members who are doing the shin bone routine.
