- What is Juan presently doing?
– As of July 28, 2004, Juan is continuously doing the shinbone
routine and he hopes to gain a few more centimeters. Also, he’s helping Ryan
& EasyHeight Support Team to test a few Backbone Gravitational Force Experiments.
SUMMARY: Juan is a
37-year old Hispanic who’s currently residing in Michigan. He started the Shinbone routine
since March 27, 2004 and has grown more than 3 cm. Keep in mind that 2.54 cm is
equivalent to 1 inch; in short, Juan has grown a total of 2.8 cm (more than 1
inch in less than 3 months) and the guy is 37 years old! If he were to
do intense sprinting/running, he would have grown a few more inches. But
Juan never knew anything about sprinting/running.
I got to know Juan awhile back in early June 2004. I e-mailed Juan my telephone
number because I wanted to talk to him personally and shared my research
& experiments with him.
Only a few hours later, Juan immediately called my cell phone and
the rest was history.
I was surprised to hear that Juan’s routine was so much similar
from my then developing
shinbone routine. There were
a few things that Juan experimented and they were cool and different!
Even though Juan did not take “before pictures” of his legs,
you can easily tell from the “after pictures” below that his
shinbone is longer and that knees are thicker & bulkier than an
average person.
Do NOT worry if your knees turn out to look a little weird & funny
simply because cartilages & bones are bulkier & thicker than
before. Fortunately, it’s almost
impossible to notice if your knees are bigger than before UNLESS you
look very closely or completely bend your knees.
Look on a bright side – Many people pay $20,000 to $40,000 to go
through EXTREME PAIN with limb lengthening surgery. These people give up
everything for 2 years so that they will grow a few inches in the legs
by applying bone growth stimulator everyday. They risk having their legs
cut in half so that surgeons can begin the bone healing process. These people are true WARRIORS
with iron hearts for they knowingly admit the fact that if the limb
lengthening operation ever goes wrong, they could be disabled for life.
In short, NO PAIN, NO GAIN.
Sacrifice time & hard work and you might just drive many women
jealous & tons of men bloodthirsty because of your newfound HEIGHT!
In conclusion, Juan’s “after pictures” are only the
beginnings as more before & after pictures from our Before/After
Recruiting members will be posted this Fall & Winter 2004!

PS:
As of May 18th, 2006, we’re trying to get in
touch with Juan once again so that he could resume doing the shinbone
routine.

The following are “after pictures” of
Juan’s growth. There are no before pictures available.

Pix #1: Even though Juan’s legs and knees
look normal, the truth is, he has grown more than 3 cm. Best yet, his legs are healthy and are
as strong as before because he’s very smart in everything that he does;
from strapping a lot of FOAM to protect his legs from red marks/blisters, to
lying down on the bed and resting his knees on the side of the bed, to taking
5–10 minute rest whenever his legs get a little numb, and to limiting all
physical exercises such as running, jumping, basketball, football, soccer,
etc.
Why limit such physical exercises? Because you are growing & remodeling these
fragile & “soft” cartilages and bones; therefore, such
physical exercises are no good because they may crush or compress these new
& soft remodeled cartilages & bones. On the other hand, kicking, biking,
sitting, and sleeping with ankle weights are EFFECTIVE because these
exercises ONLY lengthen & stretch cartilages & bones.
