*      How it works:  When it comes to growing taller, everyone immediately thinks about stretching exercises.  It’s believed that by performing stretching exercises daily for 7 months straight, it may be possible to grow half an inch.

- Athletes, bodybuilders, or physically active individuals tend to achieve slightly better results than others (physically inactive) when performing stretching exercises.

*      Duration:  3 weeks (February 2005)

*      Level of Difficulty:  Easy

*      Result:  Not conclusive.  I did not gain anything.
- The result of this experiment is not available due to the fact that I only experimented with stretching exercises for less than three weeks.

 

 

 

*      We’ve investigated all types of stretching exercises and have come to conclude that these methods are NOT powerful enough to stimulate adequate muscle and cartilage growth.
