Result: Failure
July 4, 2004 – Sky & 22 other height experimenters begin
to experiment the shin bone routine.
October 23, 2004 – Shin bone
experiment ends - FAILURE! Out of the 15 shin bone experimenters,
2 claimed that they achieved noticeable growth (though we did NOT receive any
proof). Some were frustrated & quit a month early; whereas, Sky & the
rest continued on with the routine for more than 3 months & 3 weeks and
have NOT gained any centimeter. Total research/experiment cost is about
$1,500. Check out shin bone routine main page!

I took the shin bone x-rays about
two years ago and just had the spine x-rays done around May 2005. My goal in
the near future is to provide proof about growing taller. Above, I’m
sorting out my x-rays of the shin bone & backbone and trying to have a
visual and anatomical understanding about the knee and cartilage disc cartilage.
Out of the 22 before/after members
(experimenters), 2 claimed that they achieved noticeable growth; some were
frustrated & quit early; whereas, Sky & few others continued on with
the routine for more than 3 months & 3 weeks and have NOT gained any
centimeter.
The whole world knows it's almost impossible to grow the legs once growth
plates have closed. Well, Sky did the unthinkable when he set out to
research about the shin bone routine in late December 2003 and finally had a
chance to experiment it for close to 4 months (from July 4, 2004 to October
23, 2004).
The purpose of our research & experiment is to prove, ONCE and FOR ALL,
that lengthening the shin bone once the growth plates have closed (anyone
over 21 years of age) is NOT possible for everyone. By spending only 6 months in research
plus another 4 months in experimenting the shin bone routine, we can help
people to focus on other important things (such as growing the backbone which
seems more effective) and not waste time doing something that does not work
(such as kicking or biking). It
was Sky’s vision to prove what works and what does not work, and
forever eliminate all the lies, scams, bogus claims, & false stories that
have bewildered thousands of height seekers for hundreds of years.

Additionally, after close to 4 months
experimenting, we've come to a conclusion that the shin bone routine does NOT
work for everyone; the anatomy and physiology of the bone/cartilage area
under the knee are quite complex.
Some people have a bit of cartilage (or soft bony tissue) under the
knee, thus, their legs are easier to remodel & may see results as little
as 2 months. Whereas others (e.g.
soccer players or athletes), with bulky & strong legs, may NEVER see
results because their legs are just bones.
The shin bone routine may work for you (i.e. grow 1 cm in 2 months), but it
may not work for others (i.e. gain nothing in 3 months). Juan (shin
bone experimenter) gained 3 cm in more than 3 months doing the shin bone
routine. Click here to
see the “after pictures” of Juan’s legs.
Out of the 15 or so before/after members, 2 claimed that they achieved
noticeable growth; some were frustrated & quit; whereas, Sky & others
continued on with the routine for more than 3 months & 3 weeks and have
NOT gained any centimeter. Although it's frustrating, it's living proof that we're trying to let the world know
that - growing the shin bone is not possible for everyone. Therefore,
let it be known that shin bone exercises such as biking, kicking, sitting,
& lying with ankle weights.

If Juan is a 37-year old guy who has
successfully grown taller, why didn’t Sky & few others achieve the
same result? Again, the anatomy
and physiology of the bony/cartilage area under the knee are quite
complex. Our shin bone routine
does not work for everyone. You
don’t know anything until you actually try the routine for at least 2
months and a half (10 weeks).
Note that the shin bone has very little cartilage under the knee; thus, when
comparing to the backbone, the backbone has a greater capability of
lengthening
faster.
Are there any risks associated with the shin bone routine? Like our friend Kaneka (successful
height experimenter who grew 2 inches by taking extreme doses of herb
Alfalfa) quoted,
"…people engage in risk taking constantly. Whether it’s in sports,
skydiving, driving, swimming, getting on a plane, giving birth to a child,
having an operation. Even going out of the front door. What people here as
individuals must decide is *how much they want to grow*, and what kind of
risks they are willing to take to do it."
Unlike the backbone routine, keep in mind that the shin bone routine is only
designed for those DESPERATE ONES who wish to take risks & grow some
height (rather than paying $20,000 a year for painful limb lengthening
surgery). Thus far, after close to 4 months doing the shin bone
routine, there aren't many major reports of side effects from sitting with
weights. The minor side effects
are mild numbness under the knee (which RARELY occurs) and. Imagine monkeys & apes dangling
their legs upside down on trees for years and years - and look what happened,
their legs are only longer & they don't seem to have trouble
walking. The shin bone routine
may be safe if you read through our site very carefully and be aware of such
risks (slight numbness under knee which results from microfracture
growth) that MIGHT occur.
As a result, keep in mind if that you were to CONSISTENTLY & VIGOROUSLY
do the shin bone routine (e.g. sit with heavy weights 35 lb each leg 2 to 3
hours
a day; plus biking or kicking 40 min to 1 hour everyday) for 10 weeks
straight
and have NOT seen any centimeter in growth, maybe it's time to call it
quit. As Sky & a few others
have experimented the shin bone routine for close to 4 months (from July 4,
2004 to October 23, 2004), they have gained nothing in this period of
time. This shin bone routine does
NOT work for everyone.
