Since then, researchers, scientists, and doctors agree that bone remodeling exists and argue that growing taller after puberty is the impossible dream. 112 years later, Sky & his team try many different experiments to grow the shin bone. Please note that my explanations, numbers, and statistics above have NOT been tested or proven within a large group of people; thus, they are not 100% correct. Bone Remodeling Research Creator

Dr. Wolff (1869-1933) – In 1886, the histologist and surgeon Julius Wolff proposed that "every change in the function of a bone is followed by certain definite changes in internal architecture and external conformation in accordance with mathematical principles". Wolff's hypothesis that "form follows function" has spurred intense research over the past century into the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the pathophysiological changes in bone.

Julius Wolff published his seminal 1892 monograph on bone remodeling; the observation that bone is reshaped in response to the forces acting on it is presently referred to as Wolff's law. Bone adaptation is the result of a continuous process of bone resorption and subsequent repair mediated at the cellular level by osteoclasts and osteoblasts, respectively.

"In the 19th century, surgeon Julius Wolff proposed that mechanical stress was responsible for determining the architecture of bone...." (Forwood & Turner, 1995, p. 197).

"Remodeling of bone ... occurs in response to physical stresses - or to the lack of them - in that bone is deposited in sites subjected to stress and is resorbed from sites where there is little stress" (Salter, 1970, p.7).

My name is Sky. And that's the nick“Sky” (known in all Yahoo & Google discussion forums & chatrooms). I am a 22-year old Vietnamese-American college student from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.. yeah I’m hyped… if not second to none, I could very well be the craziest guy on this planet whose every last breath is all about growing taller.. and I’m sure there are millions of people around the world who feel exactly like I do! Furthermore, I’d hope that this website will be far different, detailed, interesting, and inspiring than any thousand of height increase websites you’ve visited.

I believe that short people are as talented and competitive as those who are taller.. yeah being taller is not all that, but it is almost everything that you have wished and something that you have fascinated all your life.. ..so much have said.. so much have done.. being taller a miracle, a phenomenon, that only short people would understand..

.. I’m angry and pissed because our society sucks.. we view a tall man or woman as someone who is elegant, beautiful, and special.. The society stereotypes short people as someone who is weak and vulnerable. As a result, we are the underdogs.. Interestingly, there are so many underdogs in this world who are much more determined, aggressive, and hungry than any taller person ever walked this earth.. such as Tom Cruise, Jet Li, Michael J. Fox, Avril Lavigne, Russell Simmons, Prince, etc.

..Have you ever wondered why a tall guy/girl get so much attention? Have you ever felt so intimidated about your height that you just wish you're never existed? Have you ever wished for $20,000 dollars to have a leg-lengthening surgery in Russia?


Do you want to grow taller? I know it's burning you. You're in rage because people just never give you the attention you deserve. You wish that you parents got good genes… there is nothing that you can do…unluckily, being short is a disgrace!


I’ve been there, done that.


For a gal, life stinks at 5 foot 3. For a guy, life sucks at 5 foot 6.

 

Having a few inches added to your height will mean only mean more confidence, sex appeal, and most importantly, respect. I only have one goal in mind – that is, how can I grow taller to compete for the attractive women? How can I be more aggressive and witty than those who are taller? How can I stand tall and prove to the white folks that I‘m not a lazy immigrant?


As for me, life at 5 foot 6 sucks really bad. And I hate it very much.

I’m sure your scenario is not much different. It just seems as if no matter how much you eat, how much you drink, how much you stretch, you're just never tall enough. Girls intimidate you. Guys treat you like crap. Your friends disrespect you. Your desired ones completely control your life and continuingly take you for granted. Even worst, your mother is a pain in the butt because she always pushes you to find a boy/girlfriend.

.. but it’s tough.. life is brutal.. it’s like a battle zone; more like the survival of the fittest. If you’re tall, you receive attention immediately. Period. End of story.

I have been there, done that. I know exactly what you are feeling right now. At times, you bang your head against the walls, screaming and dying for an answer,


“What must I do to grow tall?”

“If I could get 2 more inches increased in height.. I know that I’d be one of the hottest girls around!”

“I know I am better than many taller guys, but the truth is, I can never get the attention I deserve because I’m short.”


“I’ve always been invisible for the most part of my life. I HATE being short. I don’t want to feel inferior.”

 

.. Enough said.. I too, am crazy and fascinated about growing taller.. Somehow, since December 2003, I've started some intensive on-going research & experiments by dumb luck - from researching about a speech communication class project called Yao Ming - Got Milk? …presently, I’m a second professional year student at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (USP), whose major is in the pharmaceutical health & sciences field…

 

Increasing height was an unbelievable obstacle.. anyhow, for the past 6 months, I began to learn more about Dr. Wolff’s “Law of Bone Transformation” (1892) and conducted thorough research & experiments about bone remodeling… I was so awestruck about bone remodeling and how it actually occurred to people over 21 years of age. Furthermore, my on-going experiment represents more than 6 months of consistent study, research, development, trial and error in a few scientific fields such as Anatomy & Physiology (Wolff's law and bone remodeling) and Physics (gravity, weights, and forces). I read hundreds of books, documented countless of written materials, talked to hundreds of people, visited thousands of websites, and reviewed hundreds of messages on discussion forums.

I analyzed and compared which methods affected bone remodeling the most... I wanted to know at what phase bone remodeling was most effective and how bones were stimulated to grow and what mechanical factors were most dominant. Eventually, my intense research escalated as I decided to experiment many routines & exercises at home.

Finally, it’s here! It is so EXCITING and I’m dying to share my experiments with all of you. Please NOTE that this website is not near finished. I will add more pictures & updates as my on-going research & experiments will explore deeper into the process of bone transformation in the next 6 months. There will be a lot more updates, interviews, pictures, analysis, and tips coming this Fall 2004. Spread the phenomenon and tell ALL your friends about it!

.. Since Christmas in December 2003, I’ve never stopped experimenting.. I’ve done so much, in hopes that someday I’d be a few inches taller and face the world with pride & dignity.. ..with many prayers to Virgin Mary and Saint Rita everyday, my goal is to grow taller and to prove that ANYONE from 18 to 50 yrs of age can grow a few inches taller after puberty… of course, I would hope to re-invent Dr. Wolff’s “The law of bone transformation”.

Moreover, there are so many LIES and so much CHAOS and CONFUSION on all Yahoo & Google discussion forums, chatrooms, and e-mail inboxes from all corners & rat holes of the World-wide Web.. thousands of people spend hundreds of dollars and try many different ways to grow taller.. and a FEW, if any, grow a few inches by dumb luck, or perhaps, by persistent hard work with a strange routine..

..the dream sounds simple. Take some “growth” pills and do a few stretching exercises and expect inches increased in height.. an easy task? Not at all.


..there are more than 100 ways to increase height such as: hanging, kicking, stretching, inversion, upside-down inversion, ointment, supplements, pills, injection, surgery, shoe insole, inversion table, etc.

..well, if u want to grow taller quickly without exercising, then there are 2 options:

option #1: spend $20,000 to $40,000 to undergo limb lengthening surgery. Some people go to the extreme and have an unbelievable willpower to have their shin bone broken in half so that surgeons & therapists could use bone growth electric stimulators or other devices to start the bone healing process.
option #2: if ur bones are not already fused, u can get growth hormone injections into ur body that will stimulate the growth process.. the side effects are unknown but can be dangerous.. (this procedure may cost around $20,000 or more, and may be covered by insurance for some lucky persons).

.. remember ALWAYS, my research, developments, and experiments are all about hard work, persistence, and lots of sweats.. It’s extremely SHOCKING. Every year many people around the world go through TREMENDOUS PAIN such as limb lengthening surgery just to get a few inches increased in height. Also, more & more Chinese women are willing to spend big bucks and to undergo enormous pain just to grow taller…Well, if my research & experiments go well, I’d hope to gain media attention so that these people will not have to go through such extreme length.

As for my routine, know that THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS.. THERE ARE NO MAGIC PILLS.. u must put up sacrifice, selfishness, lots of time, and later the rewards are ENORMOUS!


Like the old saying goes, “a picture is worth a thousand words.”.. that has always been my vision when creating EasyHeight.com ..my goal is to show as many pictures as possible so that you can learn step-by-step exactly how to grow a few inches.

Currently, we have proof about growing taller, but it's not sufficient.. Dr. Wolff did his research & experiments about bone remodeling for years to finally showcase the world his proof & explanations.

 

..I started my research for only 6 months; thus, "time" is my biggest enemy.. my first intention was to officially launch EasyHeight.com in fall 2004 featuring all the methods, before & after photos about our progress, etc.. however, hundreds of people from AOL chatrooms & discussion forums have driven me insane.. they e-mail me & complain that their legs hurt like crazy by doing the kicking routine..

"this is summertime! if ur not gonna tell us how to grow tall soon.. i'm gonna go crazy!.."

"dude, my kneecap hurts more than ever with kickin'.."

 

Gradually, i felt obligated to create a professional website as soon as possible because these people were so IMPATIENT & extremely eager to grow taller.. thus, i want to launch EasyHeight.com immediately because i don't want these people to damage their shin bone..


..anyway, i couldn't believe that many people take my ideas & routine seriously.. YES! my development centers and focuses on ONLY growing the shin bone (lower legs).. why? b/c other methods such as growing the spine and thighbone can prove to be a little challenging.. but rest assured that we are presently working very hard to experiment it.

As for any research & experiments, there’s always a few out there who have doubts in my research.. such individuals may ask,

question 1: "Sky, not only that I presume you haven't seen Juan in person, just spoken to him over the phone, so on basis are you claiming these results, table, routine, numbers, statistics on your website?"

question 2: "Sky.. bones do not remodel.. i know this for a fact.. are u sure that bones adapt to a force exerted?"

question 3: “Sky, why should I believe in you or your website?” etc...

The questions above are pretty common and i've received quite a few for the past 2 weeks.. and I respect and understand that u having mistrust and doubt.. First of all, I never asked for your trust or support in the first place; though that’s my intention and helping people to grow taller is my main goal.. but I try to handle such issues in a “give it a crap” attitude..

Where do I get all those numbers & statistics from the shin bone routine? I'm claiming these results on my site because i did many experiments.. because I trust people.. I trust in Juan, my partners, and myself.. please note that my explanations, numbers, and statistics above have NOT been tested or proven within a large group of people; thus, they are not 100% correct…. However, based on the results from a few experimenters in our team who are currently having success with it, I believe that these numbers are reasonable & fair at some level (hopefully more proof and before & after pictures coming this Fall 2004!).

I spent 6 months of research and a lot of money and valuable time in doing something that I believe and love in hopes that someday this valuable information could benefit me (myself) and everyone. Unluckily, my research, development, and experiments are not funded by any college, group, company, or organization. Therefore, if you want proven methods, accurate numbers and statistics from large crowd, then I suggest that you go ahead and send away some funding contributions and a check made payable to me for one million dollars.

In conclusion, i'm BUSY as hell!! if u have any basic questions, then post it on Joey's forum and my right-handed partner (Juan) may assist u he only got 1 job & some free time.. who knows, he might be busier in a month or two later.. so don't take it for granted.

Furthermore, there is a limit to what I can justify, demonstrate, or reveal.. I despise any lazybone & coward out there who got nothing better to do but sleep in their rat hole all year long and spit out words without ever thinking twice.. Note: Sitting with ankle weights, kicking or biking with ankle weights, and taking supplements add up to 100% total shin bone growth; however, if you feel comfortable sleeping with ankle weights, then do it and expect another 15% extra boost to total shin bone growth (a total of 115% shin bone growth).

 



Warning: All the explanations, numbers, and statistics from the tables above have NOT been tested or proven within a large group of people. Thus, they are not 100% correct because I do not have sufficient proof or evidence to support it. However, based on the results from a few experimenters in our team who are having success with it, I believe that these numbers are reasonable & fair at some level. For example, Juan, one of the experimenters, has gained 1 full inch (2.54 cm) in less than 3 months. Also, other Before/After Recruiting members are seeing a steady 1 cm increase every month from doing the Shin bone routine. Furthermore, I hope to have more proof and before/after pictures coming this Fall 2004.

In conclusion, all of my explanations on this entire website may not be all true; however, I am sharing my thoughts and experiences based from the experiments that my team & I have tested, failed, and finally succeeded from growing taller. Anyhow, at least I try to sketch a picture with tables, numbers, and thoughts so that people can envision and perhaps see a brighter light down the tunnel. Finally, note that any explanations, numbers or statistics above may slightly change or update as more experiments are being tested and discoveries are being made.

Sky’s explanation

 

*      Threshold Phase: is the phase that your shin bone growth starts to remodel slowly. That’s when weak electrical currents are stimulated from enormous stress such sitting, kicking, or biking with ankle weights.

*      Acceleration Phase: is the phase that your shin bone growth starts to take off and remodel quickly. That is when supplements, enzymes, osteocytes, osteoblasts, bone matrix, collagen fibers, cartilage, fibroblasts, piezo weak electrical currents, and stress factors begin to work together to stimulate bone formation and thicken bone mass density.

If you are between 18 to 30 years of age, you may gain a bit every month during the Acceleration Phase. On the other hand, if you are between 31 to 50 years of age, you may gain a bit every month during this phase.

*      Degeneration Phase: is the phase that your shin bone growth may stay constant, slowly decline, or completely decline. This phase may occur in Month 7, or Month 9, or may not occur at all. For some people who have trained with heavy weight-lifting exercises in the past, degeneration phase may occur earlier than normal. For instance, some may see a steady increase in growth during acceleartion phase in Month 4; and suddenly see a quick decline in Month 5 as degeneration phase begins to take place.

Even though this strange phenomenon about degeneration phase is mysteriously unexplained. One explanation is that for those individuals who do a lot of kicking (playing soccer, for example), training, body building, and lifting weights in the past may see a slower growth than normal because there’s so much force exerting on their legs to handle their body weights. Subsequently, as a result from associating with such vigorous training, their shin bone thickens on the inside to support their rigorous training and therefore, it is more difficult or takes longer to remodel a thick shin bone than a “soft” or flexible shin bone.

Also, another explanation about degeneration phase could be the fact that your shin bone is made up of solid bone (able to remodel) and I think there is a limit and that you may grow up to 3 inches (7.62 cm) in the shin bone. However, I do not have any proof or evidence to support it. The reason that I draw to this conclusion is because I have read numerous success stories and have never heard about anyone (trusted) who has grown more than 3 inches in the shin bone.

On the other hand, normal people who are under 30 years of age may continue to grow over a 1-year period as though degeneration phase never exists because these people have never done any heavy weight training in the past.

Moreover, given that your neck bone and backbone are made up of cartilage & discs; for example, if you were to exert a same force to lengthen the shin bone, neck bone, and backbone, there’s a possibility that your neck bone and backbone may grow faster or more centimeters than the shin bone. Why? Like I said, your neck bone and backbone are made up of cartilage & discs and are far more flexible to remodel or thicken to grow as a vigorous force is exerted. As that vigorous force continues to exert, the cartilage & discs from your neck bone and backbone may thicken to become bones and this result in a few inches increased in height. Note: For illustrational purpose, I make up the term threshold, acceleration, and degeneration phase to help people envision or have a clearer picture of their progress. Don’t look up the dictionary or encyclopedia because you may see a different definition.



July 14, 2004 – Juan’s x-rays taken in Mexico reveal that cartilages calcify & transform into real bones

Cartilages grow, thicken, adapt, and remodel QUICKER than bones

 

For many months, I always thought that bones remodel quickly if you exert enormous stress on it such as exercising vigorously with ankle weights. Well, it is true that bones transform; however, it’s a very slow process.

 

As you may already know, Juan (my partner) is a 37 year-old guy who has grown more than 2.8 cm in less than 3 months; since starting the shin bone routine in March 2004. Well, Juan temporarily stops the shin bone routine because he is having a 2-week vacation in Mexico from July 3rd, 2004 to July 17, 2004.

Juan’s trip in Mexico is a mind-boggling experience because he is sharing his bone growth progress to a few physicians & medical researchers. Shockingly, recent x-rays from Juan’s lower legs taken in Mexico reveal that cartilages thicken, adapt, and grow so much faster than bones. This is an amazing discovery as it brings hope to a lot of short people worldwide because growing taller after puberty is becoming a reality.

As a result, by continuously exercising, nurturing, and nourishing your shin bone & cartilages, you might just transform cartilages into real bones; and this process is called endochondral ossification.

Fact #1: Calcified cartilage – cartilage in which granules of calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate have been deposited in the interstitial substance

 

Fact #2: The skeleton begins to form in the fetus while in utero. During this time it is made of cartilage and fibrous structures that are shaped like bones. Over time these structures transform into real bones when the cartilage is replaced with calcified bone matrix. This remodeling and changing can happen due to the continuous activity of bone forming cells called osteoblasts and the bone resorbing cells called osteoclasts. The process of bone sculpting and resorbing allows bones to respond to stress or injury by their ability to change their shape size and density. Most bones are formed from cartilage models and this process is called endochondral ossification. Ossification literally means the development of bone.

 

 

 

Sample Routine

 

*      8: 00 AM: Go to school or work.

*      9: 30 AM: Eat breakfast, and take glucosamine/chondroitin, calcium/Vitamin D.

*      2: 00 PM: Eat lunch, and take glucosamine/chondroitin, calcium/Vitamin D, multi-vitamin.

*      4: 00 PM: Got home from school or work. Relax, hug your loved ones, listen to music, pay some bills.

*      5: 00 PM: Stretch your legs for 10 to 15 minutes; or soak your legs into water.

*      5: 15 PM: Strap on the ankle weights and do 700 kicks (about 22 minutes)

*      5: 37 PM: Then, immediately sit with ankle weights anywhere from 1 hour 30 min to 2 hours straight.

*      7: 37 PM: The first part of the routine is finished.

*      8: 00 PM: Eat dinner, and take glucosamine/chondroitin, calcium/vitamin D. Relax, watch sports on TV (if you’re a guy), talk on the phone (if you’re a gal), hang out, and have fun.

*      9: 00 PM: Stretch your legs for 10 to 15 minutes.

*      9: 15 PM: Strap on the ankle weights and sit anywhere from 1 hour 30 min to 2 hours straight.

*      11: 10 PM: Take glucosamine/chondroitin, calcium/ Vitamin D.

*      11: 15 PM: Sing your prayers; pray to the Lord Jesus, Virgin Mary, saints, or your own God; pray to your deceased loved ones and ask them to watch over you in the next 6 months – then go to sleep.

*      8: 00 AM (next day): And the cycle continues..

 

Note: This is just a sample routine.. It’s only a guide so to give you a clearer picture of my shin bone routine. You may kick more, or bike less, but remember to take supplements daily and sit with HEAVY ankle weights at least 2 hours everyday. Of course, you must be creative to adjust your daily needs and learn to master your time management skills. Be very selfish, ignore others, don’t do anyone favors, disconnect yourself to the outside world, and test your willpower by pushing the limits to grow taller. Lastly, make lots of sacrifice and always find time for your shin bone routine because it’s your #1 priority!
