Backbone – gravitational force experiments

(currently under development)

Experiment #1:  hanging on a chin-up bar is probably the most popular exercise that we all have tried at least once in our life to grow taller.  Sadly, I believe this method is not effective because it’s not vigorous enough; thus, it may take at least 5 months or more to see any noticeable growth.

Experiment #2:  This is another advanced chin-bar exercise that involves ankle weights.  King is hanging with 15 lb ankle weights around his spine.  In conclusion, the heavier the weights, the greater the intensity, and the faster you’ll grow (when taking supplements such as glucosamine at the same time).

Experiment #3a:  I’m lying on a sit-up bench and stretching my body at a 10-degree angle.  I want to see how effective my spine stretches.

Experiment #3b:  @ a different angle.

Experiment #4a:  It is so much fun as I desperately try to hug and catch Licong from falling.  As you can tell from the picture, Licong looks terrified.  Man, he is screaming like a girl as King (photographer) and I try to convince him, “my Chinese brother, it’s okay, don’t worry.. I will catch you if I can!”

Experiment #4b:  Licong wearing ankle weights around his torso as his legs are hanging on the chin-up bar.  This method seems like a good idea to lengthen the spine.  Licong tells me that his spine feels so stretched and so great as if he just received a free Chinese massage (this method is under intense development).

Experiment #5:  I’m flipping upside down against the wall.  I weight around 150 lb.  I want to see how my spine is lengthened when the weights of my legs and entire body pressing down on me.  This picture taken is at my school’s locker room.

Experiment #6:  King is lying on a slanted cardboard and extending his body to the ground.. we want to know how the spine is lengthened when lying at a 45-degree angle.  King is wearing ankle weights on your ankles to anchor his entire body so that he would not slide down the bed.

Experiment #7a:  Ryan wearing 25 lb ankle weights around his backbone between two beds.  He’s hanging his spine in space so that gravity & the ankle weights will help to lengthen his backbone.  Click here to learn how Newton’s Law may explain this phenomenon.

Experiment #7b:  At another angle, Ryan is lying down with ankle weights that are strapped around his spine.

(currently under development)

1)  3 guys doing their stretching – touching the ground with their palms; King is really struggling with it (the guy has a big belly)

2)  Inversion

3)  Sacko & Sky pulling on the nylon ropes while stretching.

4)  Stretching

5)  Toe-up stretching
