“How I grew
1 full inch in lower legs by running vigorously for 15 minutes, then
immediately sitting with 35 pound iron plates each leg for 2 hours, and then
going to sleep immediately. My growth is totally normal and is 100% proportional in both legs.”

Nickname: Andy
Age:
19 (as of January 2008)
Location:
Calera, Alabama
(USA)
Ethnicity:
White
Before
height: 5 feet 7 and a half inch
After
height: 5 feet 8 and a half inch
Trials
& errors: After 6 months of on-and-off experiments with the shinbone routine
and many failed attempts, Andy finally achieved success after improving his
shinbone routine. Andy finally found out a way to grow 1/4 inch in just 19
days and continued to grow another 1/4 inch a few weeks later (total 1/2 inch). He then took 5 weeks off
to heal his shin growth and recently grew another 1/2 inch in the legs. In
total, he grew 1 permanent inch in the lower legs.
Status:
As a
precaution to protect his knees & legs from pain or injury, Andy takes a
month or two off to heal for every 1/2 inch he grew. He currently takes
the winter off (due to cold weather if running outdoor) and plans to resume
the shinbone routine some time in March 2008. With patience &
persistence, there’s no telling what one man can do. He'll keep us
posted.

Subject: shinbone routine

Hi, I have a success story that I would like to share with easyheight. I have
been experimenting
with the shinbone routine for almost a year now and have grown a full inch in
my shin bones. I have struggled with the routine and gave up for a
few months after seeing no results, but I decided to give it another try and the
results were amazing. I revamped my old routine by sitting with 35
pound weights each leg (total 70 pounds) for two hours after intense running.
I would estimate that I ran a mile every night. My before height was 5 feet 7
and a half and am now 5 feet 8 and a half inches. I believe that my old
routine lacked intensity causing no gains.
I cannot remember when I started but I think it was around March 2007. I would run at
about half of my top speed for about a mile then immediately go sit with 10
pound ankle weights on each leg. I think that is how much weight vulcrum
used. I continued this for about three months on and off, but didn't seem to
gain anything. I took off for almost two months and then started
again in the first week of June. I ran every night and sat with 35 pound ankle
weights on each leg (total 70 pounds). I did this routine for nineteen
straight days and I gained at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch or a little bit more.
I know my growth is real because I have a small table that my shins bones were
a half inch under before I started and now they are clearly longer and do not
fit underneath anymore. Every couple of days I could see them getting closer
and closer to the table.
The amazing thing was that I saw gains at the end of the first week, but the second
and into the third week was where I really started to see progress. By the
second week my shins bones were killing me and it hurt to walk.
Since it was during the summer I rested as much as I could. After
gaining that half inch I took off for about another month to heal.
I did the same routine again for about a month but I off a few days here and
there. I think I have my routine down as I gained another half an inch. I am
taking off for the winter because I get sick running in the cold and because
of college. I hope to grow another inch and a half to reach my
goal of 5 feet 10.
Before I start the shinbone routine again I am going to try and see if I can
get an x ray of my shinbones as proof of real growth. -Andy

Friends call me Andy. I am white and I live in Calera,
AL. I will be turning 19 in a few weeks. My growth is 100% proportional and my legs are totally normal.
My routine consisted of intense running for 1 mile to a mile and a half.
Many jogged with ankle weights, but i found that too uncomfortable. I would
run at near full speed for 200 yards walk for 30 seconds and repeat this
around ten times and at the end I would do a full out 20-30 second sprint. I
make sure that my shin bones impact the concrete hardly when I run. It took
about 12-15 minutes to do the running.
I
learned to sit with 35 lb ankle weights from the easyheight web site.
After running I would strap on my weights which are plates
from my home gym. I used four layers of foam to cushion my legs. I
would sit for one hour then take a ten minute rest and then go another hour.
I did two hours total of sitting and did not walk or stand until the next
morning.
The side
effects of my running were tiredness and pain in my shin bones. The first
week of running my bones did not hurt that bad but when I got into the second
and third week it hurt to even walk. When I sat with the ankle weights it
felt like my shinbones were being pulled apart. The pain was intense but
that's how I know I was creating microfractures. Occasionally I
did have joint pain in my knees but not much. After doing the shin bone
routine my bones hurt for about two to three weeks. I am absolutely sure that I have
grown at least 3/4 to an inch in my shin bones.
I know my story may be hard to believe but I am dead serious. I have tried many
ways to grow taller including stretching, sprinting to boost GH, Kimi, and
none of them worked. I failed the shinbone routine for months. My success has
come through experimenting with the routine and perseverance. Every
day I would pray to God to give me strength and endurance to keep going. I
believe without
prayer I would have not kept going because everyday I wanted to quit,
but now that I look back and believe it was worth it all. -Andy
